Yes, and no.
Because He is omnicient, God knows what we will ultimately choose....yet we still have free will and the ability to choose good and evil.
God's sovereignty and man's freedom.......it is a mystery.......hard for the mortal mind to understand.

In a very technical sense, yes. Every event is necessitated by previous events. If an intelligence existed that was capable of understanding the exact state of every particle in the universe at a particular point in time, and the laws by which those particles function, it would be theoretically capable of predicting the future with perfect accuracy.
Of course according to the uncertainty principle it's impossible to know the exact state of even a single particle, so the whole idea is meaningless in practice.
It's a bit like flipping a coin. Technically if you consider the weight and size of the coin, the force and angle of the flip, the distance it's allowed to fall and all the other factors involved, there's only one possible result. But because those factors are far too complicated for us to predict without spending an absurd amount of time measuring things, we call a coin flip random. Similarly, although there's only one possible outcome for your life, your thought processes and all the billions of things that influence them are so incredibly complex that in practice that outcome is unknown.

The idea that our entire life is somehow preplanned or "written" seems to take the magic and joy away from the idea that life is a journey full of self discovery and adventure. I rather see my life as a story I am writting on a daily basis "after" I experience it...not before.

Will you not make deliberate choices throughout your life? Won't those choices cause a specific outcome? God is a being tat is not constrained by time. He sees the past and the future as if there were both the present.. Seeing your life in it's completion is not the same as forcing the choices you are making onto you. So yes in a way your life is writen and cast in stone, but that only to a Holy God.... IHS Jim

If it were then "free will" would not exist and not even the concept of free will would exist because nobody would be able to think of it.
Our choices determine our failure or success in this life and the life to come. Eternity lies ahead and it is our personal responsibility to be sure we are ready for it.

No, it is not written. God has a plan for all of us but we can choose to follow His plan or turn from Him and live a life of sin. Not everything that happens on earth is God's will. God knows what is going to happen in the future, but He is still free to change His mind and His plans as He wills. In other words, He is not a prisoner of His own foreknowledge.

Sure no.
if it was written... then we won't have authority.
But now we have authority... we ourselves decide what to do.
ohoom?
And I say we have authority, cause some reasons ... like:
-when you do something good... you will be happy, because you think , you yourself did it.
-law punish peoplo cause they do a crime themsleves... if our life were wroten... why should a murderer be punished? he just acted as the scenario!
