I need some information on sites to hand raise these babies
and maybe reunite mom with them

How old are the pups and is this your dogs first litter and how old is she

If the puppies were just born it's normal for the mom not to feed them for a few days. It might be too early. Keep the mother and the pups together in a place where neither can leave that area, and then you just kind of disappear, leave things alone for several days.

Go to the vet... he or she will be able to provide you with the BEST information to raise the babies!

Please email KitKat right qway! It is NOT okay for newborn puppies to not eat for a few days-you will have dead puppies. You need to get on this NOW!
