This doesn't seem to be covered in any christian theology and I'd like to know what religious folks think.

All advanced Spirit of Truth-led Christians know and teach the Truth that:

1. God is the One Infinite and Eternal and Universal Uncaused Cause of All Reality, and having no outside and no beyond.

2. Reality is on three levels:

2a Infinite and Eternal (never created in time or space) Paradise and the Paradise Trinity of Three God Persons and an unlimited number of Paradise-level Persons and Beings and Entities.

2b Ultimate and Transcendental higher Heavens (bridging) the Infinite-Absolute Paradise Deities and the next lower level mentioned below:

2c Supreme space-time universes each made by a Divine Coordinate Creator Son of God. Our Divine Son of God here is our Sovereign Deity Jesus Christ; and He is still making and perfecting this large universe in which we live and grow in wisdom and ever more perfection. Some humans here may think that Jesus could have stated: "My Universe: Be perfect and complete."; and instantly all things here, and you and me, would each and all be perfect ! Jesus has fully the Deity Power to do so; but that would take away our sacred freewill choice to willingly participate or not ! Our perfect Creator Spirit God-Man Jesus Christ will never do anything that ungodlike ! He loves us and calls us to come into God's perfection only if we really want to be eternal participants in the infinite Family of the Father-Infinite I AM as HE IS

God never was alone and merely thinking "What shall I do in future times and spaces ?" Always and everywhere there Are the Seven Absolutes of Infinite Reality; and all are perfect and Coordinated as One Reality:

1. GOD the Universal Father
2. GOD the Eternal Son
3. GOD the Infinite Spirit

(One Godhead of Three Persons on Paradise)

4. PARADISE the timeless, infinite sized Arena of Deity and Divine Beings and Activities. Our future Home !

5. The Deity Absolute
6. The Unqualified Absolute
7. The Universal Absolute

(These Three Absolutes are under Paradise and are also One ABSOLUTE and Coordinated with ONE DEITY Trinity above Paradise)

In the Center of GOD-Paradise is The (unrevealed to us now)
"Zone of Infinity"; and all of the above Seven Absolutes are perfectly controlled by the Primal and Final Father-Force-Source--Infinite I AM GOD

You and I were planned and in the Infinite Volition of I AM before time and in Eternity ! Each of us human sons of God are as an "I am of I AM" and having the sacred freewill personality to choose to Be (also) "I am in I AM", or later in a higher Heaven, choose to be not -- extinguished forevermore.

God is always unchanging and all-perfect. He/They enjoy seeing us each grow and ever change into more reality-perfection; and as we are each also unchanging in our I AM God-given personality ! You are the same personality now as you were as a little child, but you are (hopefully) growing in body, mind, soul and evermore under increasing Spirit of God Direction and Awareness.

The above is just a brief, but very concentrated statement. For much more, please E-mail me with your questions and comments.

That's one of those mysteries that we might never know. As created beings, we think within the bounds of time and finitude. But Christ, the Creator, is eternal and infinite. He has always been, and there are certain things we cannot speculate about, such as what He was 'doing' before He created the universe. The mysteries of God are glorious. That's why He should be worshiped above every created thing.

You'll need to ask God because I agree with you that it is not answered in Christian theology. We know He created angels and heaven has golden streets and pearl gates. There is a temple in heaven because Moses duplicated it on the earth.

Have a blessed day.

He was planning the Sulfuric burning Hell's infrastructure...!!! He already had an improvised plan for the creation of the Earth and the universe! The first glitch was to find out that Adam wouldn't mate with any animal and had to create Eve as an afterthought! and so on...

The Trinity existed before 'time ' ie the 'time' we are in.
God had Angles and other heavenly beings as well.
One point to ponder is that we human beings, our earth and universe is three-dimentional. Multi-dimentional 'things' also exists.
Besides, our universe, our galaxy is also only a very, very, ...........
small section of the billions of ' universes' stretching to eternity.
It therefore follows that God had his hands 'full', and still, he had time for us mere humans.

The most correct answer is probably that God is outside of time and space. He is not of any dimension and therefore has no aspect of time. This being the case, a concept of time cannot be applied to Him and therefore your question cannot be answered.

I disagree, I don't believe in 'God', but in a spiritual being with huge amounts of power and knowledge and Love, but not the infinite amount that 'God' supposedly has.

There is no need for this to be covered; God does as God wants - He may have created other universes besides this one!

human beings could make an answer yet there is not any a reason. (that's your so-called unfastened will.) God could make a reason yet there is not any an answer. (that's your so-called destiny & possibility.) sometimes I say, Newton's apple is greater sensible than Newton.

God is usually described as existing in a timeless state, with time only manifesting as we experience it in this Universe.

Which of course, brings up the question of how a being existing in a timeless state could do anything, but I never claimed it makes any sense.
