1. No, everybody knows everybody else.
2. No, nobody can read in Ireland so they don't send mail.
3. Yes, it is so small the postal codes are 1, 2, 3, and 4.
4. Yes, you have to look them up for the specific address because they are more detailed than in the USA, like our ZIP+4. But it should get there without them.
5. Well, when I went and looked, I found that 4 is wrong and my joke 3 is almost right. See here

That's it, Malahide is about an hour from Dublin, any districts that are within Dublin would have Dublin 7, or 2 and so on.
