ya, i've been taking this stuff and i read the directions and all but im not sure how much they mean by 8oz (240ml),does that equal almost a cup? and by teaspoon do they mean just like the regular coffee teaspoon?

you also shouldn't take it with any other forms of medications as it can interfere with their effects and negate their use....so either 2 hrs after or before other meds

Yes using one teaspoon in a glass of water or a cup of coffee is right;o)

yes a fairly big cup, yes a normal teaspoon. The use of Metamucil is not critical, a bit too much or too little does not hurt. Too much water doesn't hurt at all.

TWO HEAPED TEAS SPOONS IN A TALL GLASS OF WATER
STIR AND DRINK ITS DEPENDS ON UR CUP SIZE BUT A NORMAL GLASS OR COFFEE MUG IS OK
JUST DRINK ANOTHER GLASS OF WATER AFTER WARDS CANT GO TOO WRONG NO DAMAGE WILL BE DONE

I just use the amount it takes to make it taste like tang. It hasn't hurt me yet.
