its becoz i was busy the past week so i wassnt able to follow the ususal evry other day... i went today (saturday) but my sked wont allow me on monday.. im just thinkin the gap would be too long if i wait till tuesday.. what do you guys think?

Yes! St. Nick is right....you only have to take 1 day of rest from working out or formal exercise a week...however, strength training or muscle workouts should be done only every other day (muscles need the rest to tone and build) but cardiovascular exercise is good for you everyday. It is perfectly fine to go to the gym on consecutive days. I Sometimes I go 5 days a week. There is no reason why you have to avoid the gym every other day.

yes there is a need to take a rest occassionally. but there have been times taht I hae been to the gym 12 straight days.
