As others have said, contact EBay trust and safety and have the listing pulled! You may also want to check (and change) your paypal password, before you end up with charges you do not know about!
For those who do not understand the real world, people have more than one E Mail address, and my use different user names for different sites! For example, here I use my Yahoo address and nickname. At another site that I visit that is related to a photography hobby of mine, I use a different E-mall address and user name! I use another different E mail address and user name on E-Bay. This allows me to keep parts of my life separate! I'm sure that is what happened here too!

Do you mean that somebody has got into your account and changed the user name to another one and also the email address? If so get onto ebay. If not, I'm not sure what the problem is, but if you're able to get into your account and change the password, do so, also watch your paypal account and password too.
Please let me know as I'm now worried about my account.

THIS IS DONE EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK AND THE EASIEST WAY FOR SOMEONE TO GET YOUR INFORMATION IS TO OPEN AN EMAIL FROM EBAY AND NOT KNOWING THAT IT IS ACTUALLY NOT FROM EBAY.
THEN IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU NEED TO LOG-IN IN AND EITHER CONFIRM OR CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT, AT THIS POINT THEY NOW HAVE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION.
GOOD LUCK AND SPEAK WITH EBAY AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU.
