There are basic responsibilities like attending Mass on Sundays and Holy Days and of course, all Catholics believe what is in the Catechism and look to the Magesterium as the final authority in matters of faith and morals.
No matter where a Catholic lives (Boston or Bangkok), he acknowledges the Pope as the Vicar of Christ on Earth.
Beyond these things, there are many variances and ethnic differences that flourish within our Catholic faith.
We have different liturgies (worship styles) and music and food and prayers.
God bless.

Catholicism doesn't affect your culture. The responsibilities you have are, among other things, attending Mass at least once a week and on Holy Days, confessing your sins and being absolved, and praying, whether it be the Rosary or a prayer you make up yourself. Other obligations may change with different cultures, but the basic ones are worldwide.

Every Catholic in the world has their own culture, depending on where they live. The responsibilities Catholics follow are the basic Christian ones, like love people, follow Jesus, go to church, participate in the sacraments.

Every Catholic shares the same religious faith and basic obligations, but their cultural practices are varied.
For instance, a Catholic from America like myself and a Catholic from Japan can open our Catechism and say in one accord "We believe this."
But our style of dress and the food we eat will differ.
Another example is every practicing Catholic worldwide attends mass on Sundays and Holy Days, but on certain religious feasts (Christmas, Easter) there are special rituals unique to each ethnic group.
Two distinguishable marks of the Catholic Church are:
1. She is universal - everywhere
2. She is one - unified in belief
