The Biblical records do not say. However given they were created of God not man, via human reproduction, they may well not of had belly buttons, as they didn,t come from the womb, ie no placenta cord to cut.
A WELL THOUGHT OF QUESTION, would need to go back in time and been there to give the correct answer.

First you have to assume that Adam and Eve really existed.
I don't think they needed belly buttons or had them as they tie to the umbical cord from your mother and Adam was just made up and she came out of his rib....if I remember correctly.

The story of Eve coming from Adam's rib is an allegory. Our first parents were born as all of us were--through the union of a father and a mother.
The twist to this is that they both came from a terrestrial world to this earth. So they had navels.

I don't know the bible doesn't say, I would think not because they were formed by God and not in someones womb like everyone else that has ever walked this earth.
