Neither. I slow down in case some idiot opens their door without looking. For the other people here, they come near, gives you a bump and run away. happened to me twice.

There should have been an answer B. To maintain speed but watch for drivers exiting the parked vehicle or children coming out from in-between them. D would be the only other answer that makes sense.
