B. Tire condition--are any of the tires flat, missing tread, have nails, screws or other foreign objects in them, are they in need of replacement, do they need air.

C. Fluid leaks--if so is it engine oil, transmission fluid, (the worst) brake fluid.

CORRECT ANSWER IS -- D. All of the above items should be done as your doing a safety walk around the vehicle and also checking to be sure there aren't any objects laying around the vehicle or children playing around the vehicle you might run over when you proceed to move the vehicle.
