She sounds depressed at least, and has low self-esteem.
She has a few features of Borderline Personality Disorder, but I would be reluctant to say that since she may not fit the other criteria of that disorder--fear of abandment, self mutilation are two features.
People with Histrionic Personality Disorder are preoccupied with their physicial appearance and a desire to always be the center of attention. She sounds a little bit like that but may not fit the full criteria for that disorder either.
People with personality disorders tend to also have really shallow emotions that don't seem genuine to others.

well, I mean her story is similar to a lot of peoples nowadays. so many have divorced parents and skelatons in the closet. if we itemized out all the hurtful things in our life Im sure it would be a big long list...not trying to disregard what she is going through but maybe she is using that as an excuse to cover up something else???? Sounds like there must be more to the story - i know others who have similar "divorce" stories, and my own personal experience and we have not been affected like that at all. thats life, thats your parents, go on...find out what is really there troubling her.

She is just screwed up. And will probably become bitter and try to play "victim" later on in life when she is the one making the decision to sleep around.
The part about the divorce is just a lame, tired excuse. Plenty of people have their parents get divorced and do not do those things.

she had no positive male role model ,,,,it sounds like all the blame is being put on her dad,, dad cheated, dad caused divorce, dad got other woman pregnet, dad never paid attention to her,,, so she tried to get dad's attention with cutting, with misusing her body to get the attention from a man, ( most likely sleeps with older men ) she lacks a male role model( father figure) ,,,,she needs someone in her life that gives the attention to her that she seeks from her father, she was taught by her father to have lustful relationships,,(because of his cheating), so a fear of real commitment ,
he probley never let her know that she is more than what her body is,,,she needs to stay away from dad,,,, and find someone who will be a positive influence in her life,,, my diagnosis, ( not proffesionally) she is a mixed up 19 year old,,she don't need drugs pumped into her,, she needs a counciler or a real friend to talk to about her ,,lack of (self )respect

Drama queen desperately holding onto her anger comes to mind. It's better to be angry at someone who's not there and rejecting complements because it gives her something to do with her time - something that she can predict the outcome of-as oposed to actually getting a life and possibly facing more rejection and failure on her own part.

Low self esteem. She sounds like she has feelings of worthlessness and unresolved grief and rejection. Encourage her to get some counseling and possibly try an anti-depressant.
