Like most people I was always afraid to think about death or of being with someone when they die. I was with my father when he died. He had lived a long time and he went peacefully. It was really quite a beautiful thing to see him no longer in pain. You need to accept that you are part of this great cosmos and that most likely you will have a long and productive life. Try to achieve your goals and make a positive difference in the lives of those you love and your community. spend your time focused on enjoying life.
If you continue to feel so strongly and fear controls your life, I suggest that you made need to seek some counselling because the fear of death can be reflective of other aspects of one's life over which there is little control. If you can manage to overcome these issues, you may find that you can also control your fear of death. Best wishes to you.

if i start ramnling on, please forgive me,, but i also go through the "what if's",, but mine stems from not having done much in my life,,meaning,,,I still feel as though my reason for being here is more than,, to be a mother, wife, daughter ,friend, like there is some greater purpose to me being here .. i worry about my children being left alone,if they will be ok,, i think it's a real crazy deal that we are given life, and get to see so many amazing things then have it all taken away,,but it is a part of life, and if I let my fears about some day not being here,,, i cannot enjoy the days i have while i am here. mabe we could get together and find this foutain of youth thingy, I'd gladly dip my toes in,,,

Hi, What will Happen if you die? You will go in Heaven or in Hell, but this deppend on you. You have to make this choice ASAP. If you want to go to Heaven, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him.
My advice is to find a christian, who believes is Jesus truly and trusts Him, and to tell him about your problem. He will help you. And by that time Do not fear because God is taking care of everything!
For more info about this read the Holy Bible.

If you were to die, what would happen to you? would you go to Heaven? would everything just go black? either way, you will have no more worries, no more sadness, and best of all, no more pain. You shouldn't spend your time worrying about dying, because you won't be able to truly live if you do worry about it. Just live your life day to day, but always keep in mind, that your number will be up some day, and then you won't have to worry anymore.

You can’t stop it from happening so you’re waisting life on death so you might as well be dead. As for if there is a god. If you have felt love you have felt god so there is a god. You try to use facts to try to prove or disprove God but how can you prove something that is beyond comprehension. You would have better luck trying to measure how big outer space is.

there is nothing you can do about death , except trying to look after your self as best you can. as it happens to everyone. it is more important thinking about life, as you can change your life, but not your death. because you asked this question in mental health, i would like to tell you , that, perhaps you may suffer from some sort of anxiety disorder, that will manifest itself, with disturbing thoughts, that you seem to be having. perhaps you have some underlying personal issues , that you have not resolved in your life , causing you to worry about this. i suggest you seek out counseling, to get at the root of your problems. to help you face your fear, you have to understand it first, and a good counselor will be ablt to help you identify your fear, and help you overcome them, and give you the skills to cope with your fears. i hope this helps you good luck to you.

First of all, you probably have more of a fear of how you will die. Dying is simply the heart stopping and you going to sleep.

I think once we all go through this time to time. It's scary when you think you well one day no longer be on this earth. Don't worry It's normal. Try to read a book talk to friend keep your self busy. if your living life you would not be thinking of when it ends.
