Theres this girl I like. In the past and now I always run into her, I always walk around campus for exercise and fresh air... Anyways in the past I look at her briefly and walk pass her without a word or looking at her (I didn't like her back then). Now I just introduced myself to her. I saw her at the train station too. Just today I said hi to her when I saw her. Ok I never meant to run into her so many times...

Some girls earlier accused me of being stalkerish when this is all coincidence... now it makes me want to avoid that girl for good. I guess its my fault for attending the same school, same class, and using the same transportation right? Is it stalkerish? How?

Thanks for reading.

Of course it's not stalkerish and if she's a reasonable person she'll know this. I go to a school with 20,000 people and I see the same kids everyday simply because we have schedules that coincide. I had an 8am class and always saw the same guy walking to his 9am class. We were always both so freaking tired and miserable to be walking to school that we'd laugh at each other every day, it actually made going to class easier :)

The girl may have had some bad experiences with stalker types in the past, so she may be jumping to the wrong conclusion about you.

If you run into her, just don't look at her at all. If you look happy to see her, she might take it as if you planned to be there because you knew she would be. Just try to avoid her and eventually she will realize that you weren't stalking her.

Tell her the truth about how all this is making you feel explain that the run ins were coincidence but you do like her..but what can she do to set the record straight for you.

A set of conincidences might seem strange and a bit spooky to this girl. I guess she probably doesn't like/fancy you if she is worried about it rather than showing a friendly response to your friendly hello.

Just carry on about your daily life and ignore her completely - don't even look at her if you happen to bump into her.

If you have any mutual friends, then you could get them to talk to this girl on your behalf. They can explain that it was all a conincidence and you are sorry for worrying her and you will leave her alone if it bothers her.

Hope that helps!

It's just coincidence. It only sounds stalker-ish when you go to the trouble to describe it in detail like you did. Which makes you so a stalker

Be honest with yourself. Are you running into her by coincidence...if so it should bother you enough to write a question about it on yahoo answers. If you are stalking her...hmm...that is a bit scary.

If you're actually running across this girl by accident, then why should what your girl friends say bother you?

Don't avoid the girl if you like her. Simply ask her out and see what happens.

It's not stalkerish. It becomes stalking only if you intentionally follow her around and try to be everywhere she is.

To be a stalker you to be doing these things on purpose. Do not let other people make you feel bad. They are not aware of what you are going through.
