Ok so basically we flirted couple of times at work, playful arm hitting, me calling her cute, making flirty bets, just the basics.
Then we were assigneed back to our old station (where her boyfriend works next door) so we didnt flirt as much. Today she had to go take a College Entrance Exam, so she did not show up for work, i texted her "Your gonna do well dont sweat it! Good Luck!" she replied 5 minutes later with a "thank you hehe"
This is were it gets weird, yes i do have feelings for this girl i might be jumping to conclusions or i mnight not be, thats for u to decide, she calls me at aroudn 6:30 PM I said hey whats up "her name" she replied i just finished my exam!, i asked her if she did any well she replied with a ya i did pretty well.. then it went in a weird silence... she asked me if i was busy.. i told her yes i was etc.. another weird silence, then she said ok well see you tomorrow, and i hung up..
We never previously called each other over the phone

She likes you dude. First off, she was waiting for you to talk about it, or to show her your interested and thats what girls tend to do. The awekward silence is more of a giving you a chance to tell her, compliment her, something. You said she has a boyfriend? She may also be having a battle inside like I am with him, but I really want him. I would say that you continue to text but do a lil more flirting. Hint around a little bit more, like too bad you have a boyfriend becuase I am looking at myself in the mirror and I am really sexy. Make her laugh and just play the friend card with a lil flirt in it. She will do one of two things. Either end it with dude and go to you, or she will fall for you and u will be the dirty lil secret, and as bad as that may sound, it is just how its ends up man. Hmm i dont know.. This is kinda tricky. She might be interested.. but might not (since she has a boyfriend). But you never know till you ask. So maybe you should text her or something and just ask. Just be like.. would you ever like me as more than a friend? Just wondering.
That's the only way i know how you could find out.

if/when she breaks up with her boyfriend, run after her. you don't want to get into the middle of things when they break up ( all 3 of you are in the same office right. yo will become the bad guy, believe me )

She was probably just nervous about calling you. It sounds like she may have a crush on you and it probably threw her off when you told her you were busy. My suggestion is to call her next.

if she had a bf, she should never have conversations with you like what you described...flirting around and calling up a guy.
She has fallen for you, i guess. girls do not call up guys without any reason.
