Numbness in my right ear?

I just woke up with a numbness in my right ear. I still have hearing in it but theres no feeling. Does anybody know what this could be?

There are a number of possibilities such as infection that could be irritating the nerve but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing the problem.
