Does she glance at you and smile? Probably not a big smile, but a little smile? If you are interested too, strike up a conversation with her, you may be pleasantly surprised. Ask her what she thinks about something. Let her know that her opinion matters to you.

If you're referring to an office romance, it's a bad idea. That being said, the work place is like any other social setting. So, watch for the normal signs: Does she make extra effort to include you in events of a more social nature? Does she go out of her way to make a little time for you? What about body language... Does she tend to face you more than other people during group discussions? Does she seem to enjoy eye contact? Just observe how she responds to you and you should be able to see for yourself.

You really should not allow yourself to be interested in any fellow employees. It's not cool to go out with someone at work. If you break up, then you still have to see each other every day at work and it will be miserable.
It will make you want to quit your job, if you have an intra-office relationship that does not work out.

If she hangs around you for other things, rather than work topics, that could be a sign she likes you. Or, if she initiates conversations with you that have nothing to do with work, that could be a sign she wants more than a working relationship.

The only way is to ask her out.
If she says yes... you'll know.
No hanky panky on the job.
