If he's Spanish and traditional, then HE should be the one doing the asking. Don't sell yourself short.
I'm sure he's a very lucky guy, but play your cards wisely. It it's meant to be, it'll happen. But that's besides the point.
Familiar: ¿Te quieres casar conmigo?
Pronounciation:
"teh _kee-eh-rehs _kah-zar _kohn-mee-go?
Best of luck

¿Quieres casarte conmigo?
EDIT: There are four ways of saying 'you' in Spanish - familiar singular & plural and formal singular & plural. By the time you ask someone to marry you, I would expect you to be reasonably familiar and therefore addressing each other in an appropriate manner. Hence my surprise that the Prof. of Spanish used the formal 'usted' in her translation! If you were asking for the hand in marriage of a princess, then it might be appropriate . . .

¿Me casarás?
I think the pronunciation is obvious, but - may cah sah RAHS
The esses are hard.
To "Creepers": If you are still addressing someone as Usted, you should not be asking them to marry you.
University Professor? I doubt it.
To "Shy D": I think the asker is simply trying to be sweet to the girl who is bilingual, by asking her in her own language.
I like "Quieres casarte conmigo", as well. It's a little more conversational/ natural.

If you cant speak the same language as the person you shouldn't be asking them to marry you...
In seriousness it is: Te quieres casar conmigo?
I don't know how to pronounce it though.
