Heaven is on Earth but there is a lot of money to be made in ripping it up. So we'll pretend it's somewhere you can't see from here.

Because they don't believe it. They spend so much time trying to discredit the Word of God, and more time making fun, calling names, and laughing at the Believers, They don't know what kind of damnation that they are bringing upon their eternal Soul, it is so very sad. Something that is so freely given and they don't want it. The greatest demonstration of Love that the World has ever seen was what Jesus Christ did for all of us on the Cross. Those of them that do read the Bible read it with a disbelieving heart, and the Bible says unbelievers will never understand it, they can read the words, but will never understand what they mean. That was one of the gifts to all believers, The Holy Word of God and the Holy Spirit to open up the Scriptures for Believers so that we might understand the Word. The Holy Spirit will not open up the meaning of Scripture to unbelievers. The Bible teaches that belief comes by Hearing and Hearing by the Word of God,
Not reading.

After the Second Coming of Christ and the 1000 year rein of Jesus Christ on Earth, the earth will be covered with fire and everything will burn up. After that the New City, that is now in Heaven will come down from Heaven, and Jesus Christ will be our King for all of eternity. The Bible says that all things will be made new, just like they were in the Garden of Eden, Just like God intended it to be in the beginning before the Fall.

The Bible does not teach automatic salvation.
Nor does it teach that salvation can be earned,it is a gift from God.
While it is true Jesus gave his life as a ranson sacrifice to buy back what Adam and Eve had lost - everlasting life,we need to exercise faith in that ransom which includes the doing of God's will. (John 3:16;17:3)
Heaven is home to spirit creatures such as Jehovah God, Christ Jesus and the angels.
The earth was created for humans to inhabit.(Ps.37:9-11,29;Pr.2:21)
So, no,heaven will always remain where it is.There is no need for heaven to come down to the earths vicinity.

No, not every one has accepted Jesus sacrifice.
It is written, for as in Adam all die even so in Christ shall all be made alive, Jesus gave up his life as a man that mankind have an oportunity to live, God raised up Jesus to life as a divine spirit, clothed him with authority to give life to man, When on earth Jesus said"Iam come that the people might have life, he also said that he came to give his life a Ransom for many, that is to say as many as would accept life on the terms offered, there is no way for any man to get everlastingt life except by faith and the shed blood of Christ Jesus, since Jesus gave his life as a man for the redemption of mankind, it is the will of God that all men should hear the truth, thus be given an opportunity to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, obey his righteous law and live, satan is bent on turning all mankind away from God and to cause their eternal destruction, hence he keeps the people in ignorance concerning the truth, for that reason, satan has caused so many confusing doctrines to be preached to the people, such false doctrines do not find support in the Bible, but they are the teachings of men, and they originate with satan, the only place to find the truth is in the Bible, Jesus said thy word is truth, the sin of the first man Adam brought death upon all the human race by inheritance, and the precious blood of Jesus provided the way for all man to have an opportunity for a life,

revelation 20:1-5 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

2And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

3And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season

4And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

------
7And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

8And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Revelation 21:1-3 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
