The church is the body of Christ. (Ephesians 1:22-23)

Ephesians 4:4 says, "There is... one body"!

Today in the denominational world we see many faiths, but Ephesians 4:5 says there is "one faith".

"Faith comes by hearing... the word of God." (Romans 10:17) We should have the faith that comes from hearing God's word. This way, we can "all speak the same thing" and have "no divisions"! (1 Corinthians 1:10)

Jesus prayed that those of us who believe on him through the apostles words (teaching) should be united as "one". (John 17:17, 20-21) We should accept the Scriptures as our source of doctrine. (2 Timothy 2:15, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Using the Scripture this way, we can be thoroughly equipped with all we need.

Th is one body (church) and one faith just as assuredly as there is "one God" as Ephesians 4 also states.

The trinity isn't a Catholic element in any admire, that's a part of basically approximately each and each Christian denomonation. Being 'born as quickly as extra' is a extra robust regularly occurring term among protestants. And in basic terms a word to the guy or female who recognized the King James Bible, i'm now no longer specific wherein you have become your understand-how from notwithstanding that variation is installation much less and not extra regularly occurring, plenty churches on the 2nd use the NIV, and as for swearing on it, no person will ought to certainly swear on a Bible pondering the undeniable fact that the Bible itself says to no longer swear on something, "enable your beneficial be beneficial and your no be no".

The Bible recognizes no Church as the one true Church. There is no true Church on Earth. Perhaps the one true Church you are asking for is Heaven, as many times when an image of God in Heaven the angels are praising Him.
The Bible is just a religious book, nothing more.

There is no objective way to tell. Fred Phelps' Westboro church has as much validity as the Southern Baptists or the Pentecoastals.

The Church in the Bible is a parable and refers to the entire body of Christ. ALL His believers.

None of them are because ALL of them are the one "true" church of the god-man. That is the eternal mystery (i.e., explainable only through "faith"). Christians of all stripes and denominations have been warring with each other for more than 2,000 years for the right to claim that their organization is the one and only "true faith." There can be no doubt as to who were practicing true religion in the first century. It was the followers of Jesus Christ. These all belonged to the one Christian organization. What about today? How can those practicing true religion be identified?
Explaining how we can do this Jesus said:"By their fruits you will recognize them....Every good tree produces fine fruit;....Really, then, by their fruits you will recognize those men,"(Matthew7:16-20)
What fine fruits would you expect true worshipers of God to produce? What should they be saying and doing now?
True worshipers opf God wouldf act in harmony with the Model Prayer that Jesus gave his followers. The first thing Jesus there mentioned was this: "Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified." Another Bible version puts these words in this way:"May your name be held holy".(Matthew6:9 Jerusalem, Bible) What does it mean to sanctify, or to hold holyGod's name? How did Jesus do it?
Jesus showed how he did it when he said in prayer to his Father:"I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world."(John17:6) Yes Jesus made God's name, Jehovah, known to others, he did not fail to use that name. Jesus knew that it was part of hids Fathers purpose for His name to be glorified in all the earth. So he set the example in proclaiming that name and holding it holy.(John12:28 ; Isaiah12:4,5)
The Bible shows that the very existence of the true Christian congregation is connected with God's name. The apostle Peter explained that God 'turned his attention to the nations to take out of them a people for his name.'(Acts15:14) So God's true people must treat his name as holy and make it known throughout the earth. In fact, knowing that name is necessary for salvation. as the Bible says:"For everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved."(Romans10:13,14).
Now, then, who today treats God's name as holy and makes it known over all the earth? The churches in general avoid the use of the name Jehovah. Some have even removed it from their translations of the Bible. However,if you were to talk to your neighbors and often refer to Jehovah, using his name, with what organization do you think they would associate you?
There is only one people that is really following Jesus' example in this regard. Their main purpose in life is to serve God and bear witness to his name, just as Jesus did.

The Bible does not 'recognize' a church, but is the 'teaching' of THE CHURCH.

The term 'church' comes from:

Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

The term translated as 'church' is 'out-called' and the term translated as 'hell' is 'un-perceived' often translated as 'hades', but which really refers to 'ignorance.'

Jesus is stating that He is imparting Spiritual Understanding against which all of the violence created by 'satan' - the selvish and ignorant ego will be fruitless.

Jesus came to 'awaken' us from the sleep that leads to death.

To understand the term 'church' one must first understand what is meant by 'the world' from which the 'church' is 'out-called'.

The best way to describe this is to imagine a really rough bar where everyone goes to fulfil their appetities, drunkeness, sex, robbery, rape, murder, etc.

You are in this bar, participating in its activites but perhaps not murdering anyone, just 'having fun.'

What you do not realise is that your association with those in the bar makes you one of them and once you have 'tasted' the pleasures of the flesh, you become their slave.

Your friend comes and says "come out of there!" you recognize his voice and leave. While talking to him, he persuades you to look at your behaviour, and I mean REALLY look at what the consequences of your actions are.

You begin to understand (see the light) and you do not go back into the bar.

As time passes, you grow strong in the light and the NEW understanding you have gained is beginning to bear fruit.

You go back into the Bar, but this time with the purpose of helping others see the error of their ways.

In biblical terms 'the world' is the 'bar' and YOU have then become 'CHURCH'.

The CHURCH bears a message of inner transformation, from darkness and ignorance to the Light of Life.

"The Church" is what you become. You become a Living Stone in the INVISIBLE Church which has Christ (Light and Power of God) as its 'head.'

ALL 'denominations' are created by the selfish ego through the forces of darkness that bind the whole race in the sleep that leads to death. They are the fruit of divisiveness in consciousness which is the work of the satanic consciousness.

The CHURCH are those, who receive the Light and Power of Christ and through this are able to overcome the 'ways of the world' - its lies, its corruption, its politics, its rape, its taxation, its division into 'countries' and 'races' etc.

In Christ there is neither Jew nor Greek, for Christ is Light and Light is not Divided.

The Bible is a collection of Meta-Physical Text books that are impossible to understand until one receives the Spirit through baptism that makes one's consciousness the dwelling place of the same Spirit that inspired those that penned it.

Two thousand years ago, hu-manity experienced a 'quantum leap' in consciousness as it began to understand the Scriptures in Meta-Physical terms.

The Spirit of Jesus guided Hu-manity through this quantum leap and inspired them with the teaching and experiences we now call 'the new testament.'

The existing Torah, the Law and the Prophets became 'the old testament'.

What was this 'quantum leap'? - It was the awakening to the Spirit of God as indwelling source of Life - Jesus - God in YOU.

With the consciousness newly inspired by the Spirit, the Torah and the Law and the Prophets were renamed - because they were now understood completley differently - Hence 'The Old Testament' a Kabbalistic metaphor for: "The Old Degenerate and Enslaved Will."

The Revelations achieved by the Inspiration of the Spirit then became "The New Testament" - "The New Redeemed and Free Will."

Meta-Physically, the 'Old Testament was recognised as the experiences of the old Adam, the Adam who fell from Grace. The New Testament record the experiences of the New Adam and the empowerment by the Spirit to overcome the degenerate thinking that enslaved the old Adam.

The 'CHURCH' are those inspired by the Spirit and who are overcoming the degenerate ways of the old Adam.

"Those who follow me in the re-generation shall sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel" - Jesus

Jesus quite plainly explains that His purpose is to teach us to overcome our own selfish ego, the 'devil' 'satan' - call it what you will. Those that participate in the overcoming become the Church.

THE CHURCH - that is those that have been called out of the world are those working to make it better for everyone by teaching others how to overcome their own selfish ego or 'satan.'

The 'one true Church' is comprised of those who have attained Universal Consciousness by the Power of the Indwelling Spirit of Christ.

These people are scattered all over the earth and you will find them living by the Spirit, not by the rules of men.

The 'living stones' of the Church know God - so if anyone asks you to 'join their church' ask first if they know God.

If they know God, they will be able to lead you to revealing God within yourself, if they do not know God, they will be another group of blind guides, leading the blind.
