I have been having issues...
with.......people.
Humans.
The world.

So..My question is:

How can I become a happy person?
I have tried pills,
thearpy,
doctors,
diaries,
everything.
Is there anyway?
Anyway for me to...live?
Right now it seems out of the question.
I feel bad for making you, whoever you are, even READ this question and waste your time...
I'm sorry...
I'm sorry for making you answer this...but, whoever you are, please. You are the only one left.

My friend you might have tried a lot of ways to cure your suicidal depression and I am sure you have not taken the Homeopathic remedy AURUM MET(Gold Metal) buy it in 30 or 200 potency and take it three times a day for the next three days and prove me wrong. Nothing and I repeat nothing makes you feel happy and positive faster then this and totally without any side effects or complications of any sort. Its worth its weight in gold a remedy par excellence in suiciadl depression and the feeling of worthlessness. Wishing you all the best, get well real soon.

Take Care and God Bless you.

Well, I too have had problems with suicide. I have tried doctors, diaries, pills, therapy, etc.

What helped me is: find something that you believe in. People told me the reason to stay is that one day you will find happiness. Of course, I did not believe them. They also told me that someday, I will love and be loved. Again, didn't do it for me. You just need to find your purpose.

Also, I suggest talking to a psychiatrist and getting a full diagnosis of what is going on.

You should not be sorry for reaching out to others, because in doing so you are doing something positive for yourself. That's an excellent first step.

Why would you want to give up the experience of life? You need to swallow your fear of people, I have had to as well. There was a period when I never left my house. But eventually, you have to make the strides for a better life, because you will get there. That's the thing about humanity: there is always another outlet, there is always progression.

Good luck.

I live with depression every day of my life. Some days are horrible, and only the knowledge that it would destroy my children and grandchildren keeps me from killing myself. Other days are almost good. No days are great. However, I'm glad I'm still alive. Most of the time I still have hope that something will turn up that will make a difference in my depression. Until then, I keep reminding myself that death is permanent, and I have no real guarantee that it will improve anything. And I KNOW it will seriously hurt my loved ones. You can always talk to me if you want too. I'm contactable by e-mail.

I've got nothing else I'd rather do. You are almost certainly suffering from depression, so try the multi - dimensional approach to treating depression, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris using the core treatments, and possibly a herbal remedy, like St. John's Wort, for a few months, to see if they are sufficient, before considering the other alternatives available, like Inositol, SAMe, the orthomolecular supplements, or electrical, and even magnetic brain stimulation, so, you see, you have many more to check out, yet. When the depression begins to lift, see happiness, in section 18, but it's a waste of time, until then. Suicidal thoughts are addressed in section 5.

Happiness lies within, you can only make yourself happy no one else can. With that being said, pills, therapy doctors, etc will not help if you do not allow yourself to except happiness. Unless you have a primary major depression diagnosis with a chemical imbalance of the brain, nothing will help you, but you. Live and Love life Honey, just think there are others out there that have it worst than youm if you remember that you will be grateful of what you have reguardless of the situation.- Love life say you are happy, and you will be. Live life.

I needed pills to keep me alive long enough for counseling to work.
I hated pills so I'm glad they stopped.
What helped me the most was when I realized that my life was going in the wrong direction.
I'm taking classes to get out of the hell-on-earth I call my job.
Staying active helped too. I was going on long bike rides every day until the cold weather stopped that.
Volunteering also helped. I am not a carpenter, but I volunteered for a Habitat For Humanity build.
That made me feel the best because I was helping somebody else and not thinking about my problems. And I made some really good friends too.

Yes. There is a way to be happy. I can't tell you what it is for you specifically, but I've been there, and I'm not anymore. So I can tell you there is hope. It took me years to hit bottom and a couple more years to feel what I can only assume is normal. Just don't give up. It can take a whole lot of experimenting with doctors and medications and therapists to find exactly what works for you, but it's worth it.

let me tell you the truth, i just got threw with a hardcore break-up. she was the love of my life. i tryed so hard, and for no reason when everything was awesome, blam it was over. i wasted months being depressed over it and thinking about suicide.i tryed so crazy ****. but i came to think, Death, is it worth it. Be honest now you think it is the easy way out. well your wrong. it says god will forgive you for every sin as long as you ask for forgiveness. but how can you ask when your dead. are you gonna ask in advance, not gonna work. thats killing, blam your spending eternity in hell. think of this, whatever is going on in your life, there are others out there i worse positions right now. war, homeless, hungry, sick, ect.
this helped me, quit thinking of the bad ****.NOW. learn to love life for a few minutes, its not gonna kill you. get some fresh air, take a deep breath, and relax. think of some fun, exotic ****.skydiving, rock climbing, ect.
think of evolution, creation. your not just some person in the world of billions, your that someone who was a stepping stone in life. Life without someone like you, pretty hard trust me. you think it would be better, your wrong its worse. as every other person just like you comes along is actually better. your thinking of suicide for the better. See, your a genuine person. i dont even know you and im beginning to like you. i know deep down your a great person and very nice. your concerned for others before yourself. people appriciate that, they may not show it but they do. all that other stuff you doing is a distraction and nothing more. just learn to love life and dont just try and think outside the box like everyone else, tear it up! go big.
not some desk job, go for fame,
not just a relationship, but a whole new world, not just bowling or shopping or whatever you do to have fun, go big, do something that is new and make a name for yourself. enjoy the time you have now, and youll realize whatever made you think that was nothing but something that once was.
i hope this helped

if your doctors have not prescribed you something that works , and/or therapy does not work you have to keep going to other doctors until they find a right combination [of therapy and drugs] unfortionatelly depression is not something that you can say 'I wont be sad' and it will not happen; it would be the same as someone with diabetes saying i will choose not to have a high sugar count (with thoughts only).

if you want to try to find happy stuff in life, watch funny things, avoid the news, i know that this might seem temporary, but in life it is a mix of fun and work (the non-fun stuff).

if you want feel free to email me back (its in my profile)
goodbye and good luck
