Actually, I'm more afraid of being mistreated because I don't believe in their God.

i have friends that disagree. but i think if you study the bible and spend time with God then he will give you the strength to get through that mistreatment. Pray for them and know that God will use you in their lives if you let him!

most of my friends don't know I follow a religion, and my parents well can't really do much on sending me to church, I do believe there's a GOD and that everybody has an oportunity on this life to prove themselves worthy of being called independent.....well which reminds me I have to make myself some time to go to mass....thanx for the remainder

normally in asian countries most of a fmaily believe in same religion,about friends it is friendship not religion that matters,so no mistreatment there quite natural

I'm a christian, but nobody around me has mistreated because of that....they're not Christian.
It's other Christians who mistreated me because I cannot go to church because of my job.

well they say religion and politics are personal issues and better off not discussed in a public forum, especially with people that disagree with you. You are not going to change thier minds on any issue so whats the point of debating.

No, all of my friends, family and coworkers know I am atheist.

At worst, it's funny to have to reassure a coworker that I'm not offended if they say "bless you" when I sneeze!

i've explored several belief systems for various lengths of time and my family was fine. they love me for me.

i'm definitely thankful for that.
