We use Buddy Wash and Buddy Rinse by Cloudstar. It's a great shampoo that uses a coconut base and adds herbal extracts like mint and lavender. It's the only shampoo I've used that didn't leave my girls dandruffy in the winter.

If you look up natural dog shampoo you will find a great recipe that I use on my dogs all the time that uses tea tree oil...I can't find my recipe right now or I'd give it to you but I found it online. A little goes a long way and it smells great!

You can buy all natural dog shampoo at pet stores or look on line for homemade shampoo you can make yourself. I myself find it much easier to just buy it. I use tea tree shampoo on my Beagle and get it PETSMART.

this has some dye in it but generic or store brand baby shampoo works well. Especially on dogs that need extra careful washing around their eyes, such as poodles.
