I am 13 years old and I cant go outside because my mum says its a bad neighbourhood so that limits my chances of different types of exercise.

Is their any exercise I can do RIGHT NOW for 30 minutes INSIDE?

Jog in place.
Jumping jacks.
If you got a jump rope that would be great.
Dance to some music.
Do some chores.
Just keep walking in a fast pace around your house.

there are lots of exercises that you can do with out weight and equipment. a lot of resistance training exercises can be duplicated with cans of soup, etc.

Get an aerobics video, you can probably find them on youtube, I use to goto aerobics and it is no joke.... it is a great workout and alot of fun.... give it a try :)
