dude, i know the feeling. My ex bro in law used to let them in and serve them crackers and whatnot, then mess with their minds like there was no tomarrow. Ahhhh, flamboyant teenagers are such fun.

In my neighborhood they actually had a list at their coven or wherever the hell those people meet; and it DID give addresses not to go to. It was difficult to get on the list, and took some threats, and a sign at the door in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, but finally they left me alone. I was free of them for about ten year. Now live in a security community and they don't let them through the gate and would escort them out if they got in.
PS, we had day sleepers in my house, and it was really bad.
Don't be nice or polite. Be as determined as they are.

I have not had any religious people come to my door, but some guy stopped by selling magazines to "raise money for college". I thought it was odd considering this pushy solicitor was older than me. It is one thing to help a kid out, but an adult asking for me to put him through school is kind of strange.

They come around on Tuesdays here and i like them b/c they're really good neighbors and never push anything on me. If i dont want to answer i just ask who it is and they always admit who they are and i just tell them "not dressed" and they ask if they can leave magazines or not and leave. Very nice and polite actually.

i never seen them in my neighborhood. but if they started coming around i would pry just mess with them. put a fake duck on your porch and tell them to bow to your god or leave.
