OK..I have these three rather restless and high strung cats. I heard somewhere that mixing a little vodka in with their milk will help them sleep better. At first, I thought this set of instructions was for ME to drink vodka with my milk...and it tasted mighty peculiar, but strangely, it did help me sleep. Anyway...cats and vodka....A good mix?

LOL ok ok I know you are serious but it was kind of funny to read...I mean does vodka help YOU sleep??? YES!!! OF COURSE it helps almost ANYTHING sleep!!! LOL LOL
the only experience I have w cats & alcohol is when i was young our cat got pneumonia & was VERY sick & restless & would NOT lay down to rest even thouh she was soo sick she could barely walk straight, sooooo, my Mom took less than a 1/4 cap full of whiskey & gave it to the cat in some warm milk, she drank it down got a little more swervey & then went to sleep for the entire night......needless to say the next day she was still ill but seemed much better & well rested......FYI: she got over it w help from antibiotics from the vet but I do have to say that I believe the whiskey helped to help her rest & hence helped to have the time to heal.....in your case however mmmmmm, I might have to say no......cats tolerance for alcohol is very very low & by giving it to them regularly you might hurt them

there is no such thing as a restless and high strung cat...they sleep at least 16 hours a day...
if you have a problem, YOU drink the vodka, give the cats to a good home, and then you can sleep sleep sleep...

Vodka will help them sleep.... forever.
Cats have 0 tolerence for alcohol of any kind and it is very easy to kill them with next to none. Please don't try this.
I think that your first statement was the best one. YOU drink the Vodka... heck I would LOVE to help you with this if you need a hand... :)
Anyway... you drink the vodka... restless kitties no longer bother you... problem solved!

Cats shouldn't drink vodka or milk either for that matter, only water! Dunno if you're trying to be funny. Make sure they have plenty of toys to play with so they can entertain themselves & not wake you up. Or close some doors while you sleep. They will adjust.

The liver has to deal with alcohol. Cats have just about the worst livers imaginable. DON'T give alcohol to a cat!!!

Do not give alcohol to animals. You don't know how they'll react to it. Cats sleep very well without any help.

If you free feeding them...meaning filling a bowl of food up and they eat out of it throughout the day...you may need to control the feeding. They need to play during the day and feed them at night. They will sleep after they eat, and clean themselves. You just have to control when they eat. :)

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would think any kind of alcohol would be dangerous for them to ingest. Just my opinion though..

Good Luck
