Atheists worship the creation, not the Creator. How brilliant is that?
They know God is real, they just tell the lie that they don't believe. They have no fear of God, because He hasn't struck them dead with a lightening bolt yet, but the day is coming soon, when they will scoff no more. Be assured of this truth.

I can back up everything I believe. If I couldn't, I wouldn't believe it. If you have a question, shoot it over to me via email or IM and I'd be glad to clear things up.
What do you mean "as far as they're getting"? I think you'll have to be a little more specific than "what they do or don't believe" because I believe and don't believe quite a bit. Would you like me to break down one by one every belief I have ever had? Were you dropped on your head as a child or what?

You can't back up a lack of belief. The burden of proof lies with the person making the assertion. We shouldn't have to justify ourselves.
The only thing we "back up" are alternate theories that discredit or disprove Christian ideologies and teachings, such as the theory of evolution.

An atheist doesn't believe in any gods. That's all there is to atheism.
Seeing that there is no proof out there, not even a tiny shred of evidence, for the existence of any god or gods, it's actually pretty easy to back up my beliefs.
I never invented gods. If you people hadn't invented gods, I wouldn't even be carrying the atheist label.

I don't believe there is a god. I back that up by not adhering to any superstitious religion.
I do believe that theists are deluded, I back that up by employing the Socratic method ( not in this answer but usually).

Because there is no need to back up what you don't believe. We simply don't believe because there is no proof and we believe in things that can be proven. Simple!

Because it is all based on themselves. Everyone is different so how could they all believe the same? The only common thread is they dont believe any God exsist.
