NO conversation whatsoever.
He knows i like him.
Doesnt seem to back away dramatically or anything.
When I enter the room he usually leaves immediately.
Doesnt do this to others.

he dosent do it to others becuase "others"dont like him. one year of eye contact and not saying a word...i dotn care how shy he is thats weird and hes not intrested :[

He's afraid. Awkwardness is something worth evasion.
Try and talk to him, try and make it less awkward for you both by initiating in conversation. I don't really see any other way this can resolved.
