It shows as a charge off on my credit report but company says they have a judgement against me. How do i find out ??

Go see the Court Clerk at your County court house, if they have a judgment it will be a matter of public record.

I agree with other comments.. You should contact the local county clerk or district clerk's office where the case was filed. If this action was taken during your bankruptcy proceeding or before it, the bankruptcy court judge should have directed it be zeroed out. If this account was past due and included in original bankruptcy proceeding, then it should be discharged as well (unless you were other reorganization - which could be lesser amount).. If not, please have your attorney bring a motion back in front of the court to handle this matter.. All financial matters should go through the court appointed trustee..

Ask the company for a copy of the adjudicated judgement. Judgements also have to be filed in court. Ask the company what jurisdiction handled the judgement.
