Why does everyone say it will end in 2012? That is against what the Bible teaches. (The final 7 years has not yet begun). You will then have an additional 1000 year reign of Christ here on earth, afterwhich the world will be destroyed by fire. It's in your Bible.

The Mayan Calander did not say life will end, it said it will end as you know it. People have been saying the world is going to end since we could talk. I would not hold that **** to any light.

Whenever it happens--it will be by warfare. Or an asteroid. Scientists say that the latter is a strong mathmatical probability--strange that it hasn't happened yet.

Earth will supposedly get thrust out of the linear gravitation and fall out of the solar system (or get imploded into the Sun). But either way, it won't end. =)
