As a whole, most likely not. However, not all Christian groups fight Muslims.Most likely, you will never see a Seventh Day Adventist group fighting with a Muslim group. We love everybody. :-) Fighting only causes bitterness and hurt on both sides. What's the point? If you are trying to convert them, it will never happen like that.
