The most important step that we can take to reduce stress is to recognize that the way we are choosing to view the situation is what is causing the stress, not the situation itself. Thing happen, it's how we learn to accept these thing and make the best of them that elevates the stress we feel/create. This is a difficult concept to let go of. It is a great comfort to see the cause of our discomfort as being externally generated. It removes all responsibility from us. Strips us of all of our power and leaves us a hapless victim. What nonsense. love and blessings Don

I try to stay organized -- making lists and timecharts helps me prioritize and reduce stress about my workload. In addition to that, each day I try to set aside at least 1/2 hour to watch a TV show, listen to music, or read a book... as long as I can just relax for a little bit. Works for me, but everyone is different. Good luck!

I like to go for a nice long run . . . even though I can't run all that far. I find that it really relaxes me and takes my mind off of all the stressful. I also enjoy putting my stress down in writing and turning it into song.

I usually just talk to a good friend, go for a walk. go to the park, watch a favorite movie, read a good book. Anything that makes me relax and lets me know that I am me. [: Or something that may help me forget about it. like having a good time when hanging out with friends.
Hope you find a way. [:

I literally pull hairs from my head, when I'm stressed... I'll get a bald patch soon....
Listening to music helps. Or sleeping all day....
Herbal tea's, or sitting outside for 5 min...
I know this sounds stupid, but drinking coffee... surprisingly calms me down....
