Of course, it's up to the Mexicans if you can get into Mexico. I can only tell you what the policy of the US is.

You need to show that you are one in the same person as listed on both documents. Looks like you'll need one more document to show that.

Legal documentation, such as that listed below, must be provided to support the claim to both names.

· Civil Marriage Certificate
· Divorce Decree
· Family Registry
· Country Identity Document
· Foreign Birth Certificate
· Certificate of Naming
· Court Order

Use your marriage certificate to show that you are one in the same person on both documents.

You can go to Mexico but you won't get back into the U.S. until you TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS and get the name the same on both documents.

get your passport amended or renewed under your married name.
