A bad dentist damaged my never. What can I do?

I went to see dentist Jeffrey St... in Brooklyn, NY for an implant. The day of the surgery he drilled so hard and high that he damaged my nerve. Now I have constant vibrations, spams in my lips where the implant was placed.The temporary tooth he placed was way higher than the other teeth. When I confronted him, he yelled at me from across the reception to say:" you came here with a whole in your mouth; there was no bone to work with. Then he asked:what do you do for a living, if you're a lawyer, do you win every case? When you step outside, if you get struck by car, can you foresee it? I complained about him to the Dental Society, they convinced me to settle, as he'd agreed to refund 1000 out of 1400. But the spams have gotten worse and they distract me and I'm not able to focus. I keep my lips pursed all the time in order to stop them. I had the work completed by an experienced prosthodontist in NYC, and he said he'd never seen the devices that JS used.He's now in Montague St.

if he apologies, then its OK but if he screaming at you & gives you some examples then get his licences removed. Is he a qualified implantoligist?

You can always sue him. Doubt you'll win though.
You can always deflate all his tires in revenge.
