so i really like this guy and i think he likes me, but i'm not sure. we watch videos together pretty regularly and when we do we sit really close and share a blanket but then after the movie is over he seems to leave as soon as possible. we also go out for dinner sometimes, but nothing ever seems to progress. so does he even like me? and if so, how can i turn this into a relationship? also, we're both 20 if that makes a difference. Will he ever kiss me?

This guy sounds like he likes you, but he's just to shy to make his move. Flirt with him as much as you possibly can to make him feel confident that if he does try to kiss you you won't pull back. Another thing is, if he's looking at your mouth a lot than that means that he might be planning on kissing you anyway.

Maybe he's shy, but maybe he just doesn't know how to have a relationship. Ask yourself if you are willing to deal with someone so inexperienced. If so, tell him your feelings and have an honest discussion.
