If the bible God is real, good luck trying to capture him...you couldn't find him in a million years...and finding a way to execute an immortal being would be a neat trick too! Of course, in a fair trial, he'd be acquitted...but where do you propose finding a jury of his peers?

Exactly; we may not know the physics of Imaginary-town, but we have a better-than-fair understanding of the way things work in our known universe – things like friction, molecular bonding, and Newton’s 3rd Law ("Every action has an equal and opposite reaction").
In practical terms, if God (or anything) comes into our universe it has to play by our rules. Any God that messes around in our world has to leave physical evidence – and that means we can track it down and kick the snot out of it for all of the suffering, death, and destruction that he has caused.

it's only a book not an act. freedom of speech and free thought has it's occupational hazards but still we don't burn books .try to focus on the actions and admonish the lack of logic instead . A person is not convicted of thinking about murder only committing murder is a crime.fight the fight on a sensible playing field.
perhaps it can be sighted for conspiracy to commit a crime but the link is probably impossible to prove.that's like trying to fine the Beatles Helter skelter for the actions of Charles Manson . it's his insanity of interpretation and action they have literary license.

I am sorry your perception is what it is. The God I know from the Bible was-in part-already executed for the crimes of humanity-in order to bring salvation to those who believe.

You need to more specific.
What crimes?
What part of humanity? If it indeed was considered back in the day.
Oh yeah.... good luck capturing it.

Haven't they done this once?
they say "Crucify Him?"
and Pilate ask..why?
then they answered "Because he claims Himself equal with God?"
If He is still walking around in Earth right now (literally)
then i would be able to see how those people who don't believe He's God could stone Him..

You are making a big assumption that he is still around. Maybe he left this place a long time ago.

Only if you consider that the murder of a quarter of a million people in the tsunami a couple of years ago was a crime. I am willing to so consider it.
