It's not racist. But I guess it makes the ILLEGALS feel better if they call us racist. I don't have any problem with anyone just because they look different from me or because they came from another country.The problem I have is that they did something illegal by coming into this country and not following the steps it takes to become legal. If they would become legal, I have no problem with them at all.

Guess what, they do pay taxes. They pay taxes every time they buy something. Whether it be food, clothing, gas, or any other expense. Second of all, they don't get more government benefits, they get less. Illegal Immigrants generally are confined to their work and direct family. The fear of being discovered stops them from applying for programs such as food stamps, etc. In fact, most people on welfare are poor white Americans. It's not racist, but undocumented people certainly dislike the terms "Illegal" and "alien".

What is racist is the bull**** stereotype you use as your premise. Illegal aliens are here to work. When they work, they have taxes withheld, just like everyone does. They receive much fewer benefits per person than any white American does. An once their children learn English, they usually use spell check, unlike you.

I am with you on wanting to see laws enforced, and that is not a racist thing in anyway. However, the ones who only speak of one ethnic group or color do show signs that there is some sort of intolerance at play in their minds. That is why it is important for everyone, on both sides of the debate, to remember to discuss laws, actions, problems, solutions, etc. without labeling specific cultural groups.

That's not racist. It would be racist if you didn't want them here because of their color or something...but that's a legitimate reason to want them out of the country. My friend is asian and his grandparents came to america and earned their citizenship, and he wants the illegals out because he thinks it's pretty unfair
