Was Jesus the Father? No! Because Jesus said: “And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.” (Matthew 23:9).

They are confused and uneducated. It is true Jesus(PBUH*) never claimed to be a God or even a "child of God". ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) has no need for partners or sons. Jesus(PBUH*) never told his followers to worship him and his mother Mariam as Gods instead of ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala). The Christians are following different Bibles since all the Bibles(2,000 versions) were altered from their original state.

Salam, they are blind and no longer can find the way. Astray is Astray and that is all they are!

They are being lied to so the greedy can fill their pockets and they are so bloody blind they can't even see it for themselves. That is how sad it was with King Constintine he made the bible for them. Jesus to the real one with him when he rose, he didn't bare the cross nor did he tell him he was a son of anything other than his mother Marry, and Joseph was a friend not the father either the father is ADAM! We also are not the children of God and that again is another big joke they played on them. They are blind and ignorant and remain that way for a reason!

False Gods
“Verily, you (unbelievers) and what you worship besides Allah are fuel for Hellfire, You will surely come to it. If those had (truly) been gods, they would not have come to it. But all will abide therein eternally.” (Al-Anbiya 21:98-99).
“And the Fierce Fire will be brought out before those straying in evil, and it will be said to them, ‘Where are those you worshipped besides Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?’ Then they will be thrown into it (the Hellfire) on their faces – they and those straying in evil and the soldiers of Iblees, all together.” (ash Shu’ara 26:91-95).

You will observe that in the full of Bible Jesus Christ did not claim divinity....

And where ever divinity is indicated, it is because they are not the words of Jesus christ.

So Brothers and Sisters realise the truth.

THE BIBLE YOU ARE READING ---- is not the PURE WORDS OF GOD ONLY.

HUMAN WORDS have entered into it.....

READ THE QURAN --- to know the truth.

It's called blind faith my friend .. Just like what Allah said Qur'an: they take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of God.
Anything they are told by their religious leader should be accepted without question "don't understand .. take it on your faith". However, the honest people among them reject these false doctrines and search for the truth until they find it.

It was stated that Jesus dies, resurrected and went to heaven, then became one with his father to become God; I don't know whether to call it a merging into a separate entity or not. I don't think that was explored.

I worship Jesus because I see light where there is darkness, believe in love that is provided to us regardless of who we are, and how perfect everything in nature is. Albeit I am struggling with many sins, I pray when I remember to and dedicate my goals to Christ and the people he wants me to love (everyone).

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In John 8, he told the Pharisees, "Before Abraham was, I AM", making claim to being equal to Yahweh God!!! (Who is the true God of the Universe, not Allah). They knew what he was claiming, because they picked up stones and were ready to stone him for claiming such!

In Revelation 4, all who are in the heavenly realm are seen "worshiping the Lamb who sits on his throne" (this being Jesus Christ). He was not just a prophet for Allah like Mohamed!!! He was the very incarnation of the only true God in human form (John 1; Colossians 1).

Jesus never claimed divinity? Then tell me please, why was He nearly stoned?

See for yourself: "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds." (John 8:58-59)

And

"We are not stoning you for any of these," replied the Jews, "but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God." (John 10:33)

Yes indeed. Jesus knew full well what He was saying, as did those who wanted Him dead. He was saying that He was God in the flesh, which to them was blasphemy.

You are in error. Period.

Very good...
but you will get the trinitarians claiming otherwise.

(2 CORINTHIANS 4:3-6) If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. 5 For we are preaching, not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as YOUR slaves for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God is he who said: “Let the light shine out of darkness,” and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate [them] with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ.

God himself is saying that Jesus is the light [ knowledge] shining out [ being made public] of darkness [ of ignorance]

We worship Jesus because of who he is, the Son of God, and we worship him because of what he did for us, he has taken on himself the punishment of our sins so we can live eternally in heaven with him. He did that for you too, by the way.
