Yes it is annoying
It's false b/c like you said when good things happen it's chance. Most atheist are narcissistic because they put the blame on god for bad things and take credit for good things

the thing about all atheists is this.. try as they may they just can't explain how they exist.. Most of them just try to find ways to justify their belief or lack thereof.. and when they are alone and in trouble the have no one to talk to.. there is scientific evidence that life cannot create itself.. if it could.. there would be an overwhelming number of new forms of life everyday.. scientest such as biologists will tell you that life doesn't create itself.. and that the only way life could have been created is through intelligent design.. and that could not have taken place without the presence of a supernatural being.. the atheist are here just as you and I are.. created from the same life giving force.. You and I happen to believe that there is a God.. the atheists don't..but they can't explain why they live.. it must be frustrating for the poor things.. Kind of makes you want to give em a hug huh? ..NOT.. by the way no where in the Bible does God promise to protect you from bad things..he no longer communicates directly with mankind and has not done so for thousands of years.. but he is there and he says.. come and find me and I will encourage you.. I will bless you..and protect those of you who follow my laws and put nothing else before me.. but he has never said I will stop all the stupid stuff that mankind brings on itself.. In my book atheists are a bunch of loosers.. and they know it.. but can't admit it.. however..one day.. they will have some explaining to do.. bless their hearts..

Here let me answer your question with two questions.Isn't it annoying when christians use the argument that god existes because when you pray good things may happen? It goes both ways,no real proof but did you ever stop to think you caused that good thing to happen by yourself?I'm not an athiest and I don't believe in the christians or anyone elses false god.I believe in many gods.

yes, it's very annoying! I used to work with a girl that I became friends with, and found out later that she was an atheist. I never knew any before, and wasn't sure how to deal with it. We're still friends, as long as we don't talk about what we believe! I guess it's all in how you're raised , she was never taken to church when she was a kid, and I was.
But, I have heard the arguement of, if there is a God, why did he let this or that happen. I guess they have to read their Bible to find out, I'm sure that even they can go to the library and find a Bible!!

That's exactly the point. They believe both good and bad are a result of chance.
As a Theist, believing in a perfect God, you have the problem of explaining evil in a universe that would otherwise be closed.

It's a weak argument. There are many better ones. The "why does god let bad things happen" argument is common among people who are on the verge of leaving a religion and losing belief. It's often a first step argument.

Well, I've never heard someone say this to me, but this is what I believe....
Nothing happens by chance. All things work together for good, to those who love God(not mother nature) and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
Sometimes we think when something "bad" happens, it is the worst thing in the world. But later on we see that some good things come out of what seemed to be so bad.

Before I answer this annoying question, let me clear up a couple of things with two mammals who answered your lame question.
a1dude: It's not "religious freedom." Atheists practice freedom FROM religion.
Gadget: Your declaration that "Most atheist (sic)...put the blame on god for bad things..." shows your brainless ignorance. We don't put the blame on your god for anything, because we don't believe in your god and gods in the first place.
Going back to the original question: You are also ignorant. Intelligent atheists (which is most of us) argue that god doesn't exist simply because there is not a shred of evidence based on science, logic, and reason that god exists. We distrust anything that contradicts science and OUTRAGES REASON. We respect free inquiry, openmindedness, and the pursuit of ideas for their own sake. We are not shackled or chained with delusional "proofs" based on something as flimsy as "faith."

I won't try and sway you - but keep an open mind. Remember, most people stick to the religious beliefs their parents taught them. As a child growing up in Northern Ireland, my very God fearing Protestant parents hated Catholics. Should I do the same because my parents did? I don't think so. It's healthy to ask questions. Don't accept something just because you were brought up in a certain religion - and always remember the golden rule!

Support your hypothesis with evidence:
Atheist perspective. Atheists don't believe only good things happen due to chance. It could be leading up to that. It isn't wise to give God all the credit for man's doings!

A fact is never annoying to anyone unless he is trying to conceal it, to prevent himself from losing face if it is revealed.
When good things happen, it's always the result of one doing the right thing.
