ok, just so you know I know Tae-kwon-do. im 5'2"-5'3" (not to sure!) and 180 pounds could i become good? o ya i grow about 1 1/2-2 inchs a year and im 11 and im always going from 175-180 never below or above (if i dont work out!) so could i box? and how much weight would i have to lose? thanx!

well start swimming, jump rope, take up the drums - it'll help your hand speed. watch a lot of boxing. especially on ESPN Classic, the older fights. You can learn a lot just by watching. build your muscles and increase your endurance, you have to have a lot of endurance built to last ... running is good, but swimming is better - you build your chest/shoulders
also walk forwards, backwards, sideways, etc. you need to build many muscle groups.
