Okay, so i straighten my hair every day, because my hair is naturally wavy. But with my kind of hairstyle (layered, side bangs) makes it even wavier, but in a messy way. I know that straightening my hair kills it and makes it all dried up and burnt, but how would I take care of my hair and keep soft and not burnt???

Would bio silk help? Lot's of conditioning? Anything?

I have really long wavy hair but for everyone its different because the type of hair they have. Well for me I eat a lot of fruits mostly peaches my fave I don't hair-dry or cut my hair well just a trim. I had tick hair but now like I work I don't have time to dry with my towel and I started to use the dryer now my hair feels dry and its starting to break a lot :( not good. Now I got a shampoo that has a picture of a horse on it. It has oils of all the plants listed in the bottle I tried it with out conditioner and my hair felt strong and when I brush my hair it didn't rip that much. With conditioner its OK because it doesn't dry up that much it makes it soft I say use a lot if you have lots of hair and let it stay on for about 3 Min's and don't wash it out yet and then wash it with cold water your hair will feel so soft and dry with the towel and don't bush wet hair it puffs and breaks also split ends.

The new Head and Shoulders Range is well for dandruff they have got seperate conditioners and shampoo, for diffrent varieties of hair. Don't use the dryer to dry your hair and when you do use a depart in conditioner in your hair, utilizing hair merchandise could make your hair frail as good, as inflicting a buildup. If you're going to make use of straightners or curlers use a depart in conditioner as soon as once more and ensure you've got trims at least one time each 6 weeks, deep situation a million time every week. Getting layers on your hair is a well concept as it's less complicated to hold it beneath manipulate and not more break up ends.

maybe give it a break from the straightening iron every few days
also use a leave-in conditioner on the middle and ends and when you're straightening dont get too close to the roots.
with washing- use warm water to wash it and when u go for the final rinse go cold/cool to close the pores in your hair/scalp to make hair shiney and minimise breakage
hope this helps

I know how you feel. I have the exact same hair cut, but my hair isn't wavy, its curly. I do the same thing. It's better to wash your in hot water, and condition it, and leave the conditioner in your hair for 3-5 minutes, it makes it more soft. And, its good to cut every month-2months, it cuts of the damaged hair and you grow more healthier hair.. ;)

Here is what I do to keep my hair healthy: Apply conditioner every time you wash your hair, only wash your hair every other day (not every day since it dries out hair even more), every two weeks add a leave in conditioner to hair and leave in for 30 minutes then rinse. Get a hair cut every 2 months to keep hair strong.
