Teaching or interpreter are the two that come to mind.

Teach or translate, I think that's about it. You might try an embassy or a consulate, but you'd need more study in politics and international affairs than just knowing the language.

But I do know that large companies are paying big bucks to train their employees to learn foreign languages for international business, especially Chinese and Japanese.

teach, translator, journalists, government (particularly French in Canada), foreign government positions, military, police forces, etc . . . Also business is huge think about all the economic ties that the world has or is creating with China. Particularly in the engineering/technology field being fully bilingual would make you an asset to these types of companies. Also in unrelated businesses such as Home Depot etc operate in China as well . . .
