I`d like to know if you can burn a cd with music that you find on you tube. If it`s so how is it done. If not, Then can you drag music from you tube and put it on your windows media player. How would you do that.

but mostly windows media player can not play avi file
you can burn audio music by windows media player

It's extremely easy. Just go to http://vixy.net/ and specify the youtube link and select MP3. Once the conversion is done, you can download to your hard drive and convert to whatever format you want.
