First off does he know your age,if not tell him, nobody has a right to tickle and touch without permission, but if he thinks you are an adult please be honest because many young men get into trouble and their lives ruined because of relations with teens who are not up front about age,not saying you are,if he wont stop tell your folks and report harassment to the school authorities. They should be supervising minors that are blended into adult integration like this. Many 14year olds look 18 so be careful and glad you excel so well, good luck.

Tell your parents, tell the school administrators, tell the police. If you don't like the way a guy touches you, and he keeps it up even after you tell him to stop, that's sexual harassment. He can go to jail for messing around with a minor.

Tell someone. If you dont feel comfortable talking your parents, tell another adult that you feel comfortable with. Or you could tell someone at the school. Also make sure that you are not sending him any kinds of signals that make him think that you are flirting with him.If none of this works, call the authorities.

Tell your mom, or a person in authority in the college. This is sexual harassment. He should be told to stop, by someone in authority. If after this he continues, then it becomes a police matter.

First off congratulations being in that program. You must be pretty smart. Just tell him that at your age you are more interested in your studies than men right now and that may even have to wait until graduation :-)

Remind him you are 14. This should embarrass him and make him stop since he shouldn't be doing anything inappropriate with you. You could tell your parents if it doesn't stop. Don't let anyone, regardless of age, make you feel uncomfortable like that!

Have you told him you're 14?
If you do and he doesn't stop, you *have* to tell someone in authority at the college, a police officer, or your parents.

Tell flat out your 14, that you don't want to be touched espically by much older men and that if he does it again you will report him to the dean and/or the police. Hope that helps :)
