I've had this red rash all over my wrist for about a month now. When I saw a doctor the first time, she told me it was because of the bracelet I was wearing so I stopped wearing it. Even though i don't wear it anymore, the rash is still there. We've already ruled out eczema.

I haven't used anything new (detergents, lotions, etc...).
I haven't worn anything on that wrist since it appeared.

I don't know what it could be? Should I see a doctor, or is just let it go away on its own?

She told me to wait about a month after taking the bracelet off to see if it cleared up. It hasn't been a full month since I saw her, but I figured since it's not getting any better, I'd ask here for suggestions.

If you have a rash which is not healing and the only advice you received from your doctor was don't wear the bracelet, what else did she suggest? If you say nothing, it is time to get a new doctor and a second opinion. Any thing which persists and doesn't improve requires another treatment.

Go see a doctor, it's the best thing to do.
