I have a couple of sincere questions to ask you.
First, does it get on your nerves, when a Believer answers
one of your questions?
Especially, when they answer it as if they are putting you down
just because you dont agree with what they believe?
Just like to hear your views on that.

This site is open for all. Even if I have a certain audience in mind for a question, I don't close it off and expect only certain people to answer. And really I don't care either way, though I don't have much appreciation for ignorant remarks when it was uncalled for.

Usually an Athiest is logical and based on facts, but a human is a human, no matter the belief. There are smart Athiets, there are dumb Athiests, there are smart Christians, and there are dumb ones
It depends on how you answered the question! If you talk down to someone, no matter what the subject, it is degrading. Like because he does not believe what you do.
What if he talked down to you like you were an idiot just because they dont agree with what you believe?

It only bothers me when they dodge the question or tell me I'm going to Hell or what not. They may not like the questions I have asked, but the few that I do really were meant to hopefully spark intelligent discussion. Most of the time I want to talk to the believers as well as everyone else.

No, it doesn't get on my nerves -- I expect it. This is an open forum. I don't mind insults, as long as they are relevant, clever, and/ or original. I don't like when they answer at length with some garbage about God or Jesus that has nothing to do with the question.

I wouldn't say it gets on my nerves. I like a lot of the christians here and the ones that do put me down I usually just laugh at.

no-most of the time i am looking for their thoughts-yes you get some real dumb answers but you get good ones to-just blow off the ones that offend and look to learn about others from the good answers-just my thoughts smile and enjoy the night

i dont care if believers choose to answer questions at least they are showing interest regardless of the answer.

I rarely ask questions, but I usually am quite amused at their answers.

i have helped many believers on their road toward the truth. it is something i am very proud of.
believers who condescend to me bother me no more than if a blind man were to criticise one of my paintings.
