Is it racing thoughts? The devil may want you to feel guilty about something so her torments your mind about something. Ask God to reveal what is really going on and pray before you go to sleep. Also try sleeping on your stomach or play some soft music to help you go to sleep. Hope this help you God Bless

You are tormented by the devil because you are his enemy. You need a Guard while you sleep. So, ask God before you go to sleep to stand watch over you as you sleep and the Devil will not be able to hurt you anymore. And you need to talk to God about this every night before you go to bed. It works for me. If you want His protection to spread, also pray for others who live in the same house, neighborhood, city, state, country etc... oh yeah, don't forget to use the name. JC

Because you give him the power... You are either with God or against God. If you are against God, You belong to your nightly visitor. If you don`t like your nightly visitor you should change the path you have chosen...

Judging by your avatar, you're participating in things that draw the demons to you. Don't do seances, ouiji, tarot cards, palm readings, phsychic stuff, etc. These are all tools that the demons use to get at you...
