get Open Office. it contains a Power Point, Word and excel programs free.

Google Docs also does the job and it's super easy to use and uploads power point docs http://docs.google.com . Other alternatives like openoffice or startoffice you can see here : http://www.iterating.com/productclasses/Office-Suites
