Last year, I got picked on so badly by the class clown/bully. It got so bad, that I even skipped school 3 times a week. He'd always make fun of how I hung around this boy named Chris. Who he didn't like at all. He was horrible to me. I hated school. Sometimes, we would be standing by the classroom door, and he'd insult me and while doing so he would scan my body with hungry eyes.
This year, a new year has begun. We no longer see each other, but when he sees me, he gives me a high five, or a hug, or smiles at me. I saw him in the library and he just kept staring. It seems to bizarre, who and what is he?

Sounds like he likes you. (Liked you last year, too but wasn't mature enough to be able to show/tell you).
Also sounds like he's grown up a little, but still not what I'd call mature.

He likes you.Last year he was jealous and wanted to make you like him and this year he grown a little and wants to make things better but still go for Chris or whoever you like.

im sorry to inform you. but he has a crush on you. i know you dont want to believe it, but by being mean he was covering his reaction to you, but now he doesnt see you often, he doesnt have to worry. just chill, and i am serious
