I need to lose 1 1/2 pounds by tomorrow for wrestling. What would be the most efficient way to do that? Even if it is just temporary, I need to make weight. Please help!
I'm 132 and need to get to 130. 1 pound weight allowance, so really i need to get to 131. Thanks!

Um so your trying to make weight. Its un healthy, but honestly, alot of crdio, and only drink water that day. I ONLY SUGGEST THIS FOR THIS CERTAIN EVENT, NOT A TOOL TO LOSE WEIGHT OVER A LONG, OR EVEN SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Spit in a cup. You'll lose about half a pound from filling a small cup. Go sit in a sauna to sweat for awhile. Obviously you need to eat to perform your best tomorrow so step on a scale with whatever food you want to eat, if you plus the food is less than 131, then you can eat it. Otherwise take off a little bit of the food until you are at 131 and eat whatever is left.

Don't shower. You can absorb up to 3 lbs of water doing that. Spit in a cup (use sour candy to speed up the process) and/or run with sweats on. If time is short, runwith plastic garbage sacks on. You should be able to sweat out 1/2 to 1 lbs in an hour.

take a diaretic. your body holds up to 8 pounds in water, so taking the diaretic will make you lose it. laxatives and induced vomiting of course. don't eat carbs after noon. and eat as little as possible right before you weigh in. I had the same problem I was 173, needed to be 170 and I made weight at 169. good luck!

My bro had to make weight for boxing. I think he needed to lose about a pound or more. He turned on the shower and sink to hot water and closed the door so the steam could fill up the room. He put on a bunch of layers of clothes and jogged in place in the bathroom with the door closed and the hot water on. It worked but u should have someone with you if you do that because you might get lightheaded and fall over or something. (my bros coach was with him)

I don't think it is possible to lose 1.5lbs in a day unless you dehydrate yourself by not drinking anything. Trim your hair; cut your nails; take a dump. They might help losing weight.

If you grab a 32 oz cup and continue spitting into it until it's full, you would have lost two pounds.
